Thursday night was our last hard hit out before the Balmoral Burn. After many weeks of hard training its time to rest up and taper. We will continue to train next week but on the flat. We will probably hit the track for a few tempo sessions to freshen up. I will post my thoughts on how to run the Balmoral Burn next week….
