When it comes to improving your times or your PB in the gym there is no silver bullet. Don’t get me wrong there is often a smarter way to train however it always comes back to the three simple rules.
You need a plan, it needs to progressively overload your system and and you just need to be consistent.
It’s not that hard. We are always looking for the easy way. Yes some people make training look easier than others but once you look behind the scenes you will find the above rules have been applied.
